Refund policy

At Hishmah, each abaya is crafted with care and quality in mind. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unused, and free from any scents or signs of wear. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 4 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may be asked to provide proof of return shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at hishmahstyle@gmail.com for instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. If you need a different item, the best way to proceed is to return your current item (after approval) and place a new order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
